Synergy HomeCare of Cincinnati

Combining Quality, Compassion and Care.

8180 Corporate Park Drive, Suite 130 | Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 | 513-247-9200

Synergy HomeCare of Cincinnati has been providing compassionate, non-medical home care for people who need help with homemaking and personal care since 2009.  Homemaking includes keeping the house clean, preparing meals and assisting with various tasks such as doctor appointments, grocery shopping, and medication reminders. Personal care includes assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as physically getting someone out of bed and into a wheelchair, assisting with toileting, showering, personal hygiene, getting dressed, and getting ready for bed. Synergy caregivers can provide the assistance needed for someone to continue to live alone in their own home. For someone who lives in the assisted living, Synergy caregivers can provide the needed care to stay in assisted living, thus preventing them from having to move into a skilled nursing home. Synergy caregivers can also provide the much-needed respite care for family members taking care of a loved one.

Rodger Miller, Synergy HomeCare of Cincinnati’s founder, was introduced to the Synergy HomeCare franchise in 2008 and was immediately drawn to their corporate model of combining quality, compassion, and care. Rodger had personally experienced the difficulty of finding quality home care several years before, when his father had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and his mother had needed help caring for him. “There was no communication from the agency and the caregivers. What was intended to bring my mother much-needed help, in reality, turned out to be a hindrance,” Miller remembers. Certain he could create a home care company that would provide a higher level of caregiving, Miller opened Synergy HomeCare of Cincinnati in July of 2009.

Always keeping the needs of his clients as the center of his corporate vision, Miller explains, “In this industry, our product is our caregivers.  I use my mom as a litmus test when we hire a caregiver.  If I can send them into my mom’s house, we’ll hire them. If not, we won’t.  I could not send a caregiver into someone’s home if I wouldn’t send them into my own mother’s home.”

Synergy HomeCare of Cincinnati and their trained and experienced caregivers are poised to provide the high quality, compassionate care you may need for yourself – or for a loved one. Let us bring you the peace of mind that comes from knowing we will handle the details, while you live the life you and your family deserve.
