Personalized Weight-Loss Program
Ready to start your weight-loss journey? Jennifer Bain, MEd, RDN, LDN, is now offering a personalized, 12-week, weight-loss program, starting at several intervals throughout the year.
Despite so many differing opinions on the best diet for weight-loss, there is one thing healthcare professionals do agree on: The best healthy diet is one you can stick to long-term. That’s why Jennifer’s approach is to work with patients to create a nutrition plan that is customized to each patient’s individual tastes and needs. Starting with a whole foods approach, Jennifer consults with patients individually to discuss goals, objectives and potential obstacles, and then develops an evidence-based nutrition plan for patients to follow.
Patients meet one-on-one with Jennifer for a total of 7 sessions over the 12-week program. Each session is designed to ensure accountability and individual success. The 12-week, weight-loss program includes:
- 7 total sessions (one 1-hour initial consultation and 6 half-hour, bi-weekly follow-up sessions)
- Personalized nutrition plan, including example recipes and shopping lists
- Email support from Jennifer throughout the 12-week program as needed
- Discounts on (optional) supplements
- Discounts on (optional) additional, one-on-one sessions with Jennifer
- Option for medical consultation with internal medicine provider (Lisa Larkin, MD, and Associates’ provider) if needed
Total cost for the 12-week program is $495 (Spring special — typical cost is $595!), and you do not need to be an existing patient of Lisa Larkin, MD, and Associates.
