Our office gladly provides travel services and travel vaccinations for the convenience of our patients. We stock many travel vaccinations and will provide you with current travel information and disease prevention recommendations for the specific destinations you will visit. Note that you will need to schedule your appointment six to eight weeks prior to your departure so that we can effectively administer the appropriate immunizations.
When scheduling your travel consultation with us, please alert our office that your appointment is specifically for travel services. Because of the amount of time required for us to properly prepare you for your trip, travel-related vaccinations cannot be administered during a routine appointment.
Please be aware that your insurance plan may not cover travel services and travel vaccines; therefore, you may ultimately be responsible for payment. Feel free to call ahead to obtain information about vaccine availability and pricing.
