For Medical Issues During Business Hours
We are available to assist you by phone Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. When leaving your message for the provider, it is important that you tell us the specific nature of your problem or question so we can best serve you. Also, please leave a work and home or cell phone number, as well as your pharmacy number, when you call. Please be very clear with us if your medical need is urgent, and we will return your call within two hours.
Non-urgent messages, such as prescription refill requests before 4 p.m., will be handled on the same business day.
Please be advised that the physicians do not return every call personally. In many cases, you will receive a call back from a staff member after your problem has been discussed with the physician. If you would like or feel you need to speak to the physician directly, please indicate that clearly when leaving your message. Providers typically return calls during lunch (12:30-1 p.m.) and at the end of the day (5:30-7 p.m.).

MD Connect and MD Connect Plus patients have direct email access to their physicians. These patients receive instructions and information each September on how to contact their physician directly.
