In order to help you remember your scheduled appointments, and cancel if needed, you will now receive an automated phone call reminding you of any upcoming appointment. The call will come in the evening two days prior to the appointment. During the automated call you will have three options:
- Confirm the appointment
- Cancel the appointment
- Leave a message about the appointment*
*Messages will be received the next business day

Appointments must be canceled the day before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel the evening prior, please call the office and leave a message on our non-urgent voicemail or e-mail us.
Patients who do not observe this cancellation policy will be considered “no shows” and may be charged a fee. No-show fees are $25 for follow-up appointments and $40 for physicals and preoperative evaluations. If you are considered a no show for two appointments, you may be dismissed from the practice.
