The owner, Rodger Miller, is a life-long Cincinnatian and a graduate from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business. His introduction to home care came when his father was diagnosed with cancer and it was difficult for his mother to be the primary caregiver. Understanding the trust and dependence a family puts in a home care agency, Rodger built his business with the client and family in mind. Each caregiver and health aid is handpicked and carefully screened, ensuring an experienced, dependable and compassionate team. Because all of the caregivers and aids are W-2 employees of Synergy HomeCare, they are all bonded and insured.
