Jan Kellogg, RN, MEd, CDE

Registered nurse and certified diabetes educator Jan Kellogg provides group diabetes education in our offices. Prior to starting her own practice, she directed several diabetes care centers, implementing new adult education programs and managing day-to-day operations. She also spent a number of years as a diabetes nurse clinician at University Hospital, where she established the Diabetes Education Unit. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Kellogg holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s in educational psychology. She is active in the American Association of Diabetes Educators and American Diabetes Association (ADA) and has been recognized by the ADA as both the Cincinnati and Ohio Diabetes Educator of the Year.
