Born and raised in St. Leon, Ind., a small town just west of Cincinnati, Sondra attended Butler University in Indianapolis. After graduating with honors with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, she became certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in July 2002. In September of that year, Lyness was both licensed and certified by the Ohio State Medical Board to practice as a physician assistant in the state of Ohio. She joined Dr. Larkin in 2003.
She currently resides in Logan, Ind., and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Greg, and their three children, Peyton, Paige and Samuel.
